You might have seen the twitter post I made about pasta? Eggplant ground and cooked into spaghetti sauce+cauliflower ground and cooked into pasta=a healthier spaghetti night dinner!
You saw my post yesterday about composting right? Well as you can see below, my compost grows quite well. This is a beet my youngest is holding. I’m not sure how it got into my compost since we don’t eat them but it was growing from the bottom corner of my bin. The bin I don’t take care of. Sadly it’s future will be cut short….sliced and added to a jar for pickled eggs.
