Permanent marker on a wooden table, absolute catastrophe right? Almost. I discover this morning that the youngest wrote her name on a table by the front door. An older unique table that belonged to my mom so insult to injury. I searched on ways to get it off, most commonly was toothpaste (we don’t use) or sunscreen (we don’t have) but then alcohol and hand sanitizer came up; we have both so the closest was the small bottle I have on my keys and I went with that. Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures to share because I was so mad, but it did come off. Along with the finish, I think I can fix that luckily. For now I put a pot of African violets over it.
